Throughout the summer, we’re going to be taking time to pray into what God has for us as a church in this next season. We’d love you to come and join in!

Listed below are the details of the various prayer events we are doing. You’re welcome to come to as many of them as you’d like to. none of them require any sort of signup, please just come and join in!

Morning Prayer - Every Tuesday starting from 22nd July, 9-9.30am in Church. We will follow the Church of England morning prayer resources. This will be a quiet and reflective space.

Compline Night Prayer - Wednesdays 30th July, 13th Aug and 27th Aug, 9-9.30pm in church. A peaceful and reflective way to prayerfully end the day. If you’ve never done compline before, you should try it!

Creative Prayer Space - Wednesday 6th Aug, 10-11am in church. A space for all ages to pray together! We’ll have time to move around the different interactive stations, and a short time of prayer and worship together.

Prayer Walking - Throughout the summer, around the parish. Email jono@christchurchwesham.co.uk for times and locations of group walks, and let us know if you’re doing a walk that others can join in with.

Evening of Contemporary worship and prayer - Thursday 28th Aug, Doors open and refreshments from 7pm, start 7.30pm. This will be an evening to seek God in an extended time of sung worship, and lift the needs of our community to him in prayer.
